Get the test channel's configuration

Everything you need to open a conversation with the bot as you are editing it: the tokens to connect with, where the conversation is kept, and the design to draw it in.

Deploy the draft first with the Bots API's PUT /bots/{bot_id}/test.

Needs the permission to create channels.
